Also found that the unit is installed in a tight fit area, and the top of the counter is catching part of the door. Made some adjustments to help the door close all the way, but due to insulation the unit is just in a tight area. Made adjustments to the wash arm due to it catching on the bottom of one of the dish racks and cleaned the dishwasher drain out. Ran a test cycle. All checks good."

"Inspect the unit and found the lightbulb in the refrigerator not coming on. Inspected the door switch and found it operating correctly. Removed the top display cover and check for power at the light socket. The unit had 120 V at the light socket, made adjustments to the inside of the light socket, and was able to get the light to come on and stay on. Made adjustments to some of the way the wires were run to help not pull any wires. All checks good."

Also found that the wires coming from the power cord were hooked up incorrectly. Hooked the wires up correctly, and the unit would only power on if you turned one of the burners on but nothing would heat up and there would be no response at the display. Informed the customer they need to talk to an electrician before proceeding any farther."

"Installed new control board and unit ran for about 15 to 20 seconds and then shut off and started flashing. Pulled unit apart and checked all heater circuits and wiring. Everything tested good. Spoke with Frigidaire and we ran a diagnostics test on the motor in the motor has been shorting out the control board unit will need a new motor and a new control board in order to function. I spoke with the customer and they did not want to do the repair."

Advised the customer they needed to defrost the unit for 24 hours.
