Unit came on but fuse shorted when running. The HV transformer is shorted and drawing high amperage blowing the fuse. The oven control is now inop as well. Transformer for display i shorted. Boards and transformer are no longer available. No repair possible. Left breaker shut off.

Inspected unit and found the freezer section drain line for the evaporator had frozen up due to a partial blockage. Pulled the unit forward and made sure the line was clear for the drain. Found the water filter cracked. Removed the filter and advised the customer to replace with a new filter. Recommended to customer run the unit 324/48 hour defrost cycle by unplugging the unit and leaving both the freezer and refrigerator doors open to all the remaining drain line to completely defrost to prevent issues from building back up months down the road. Customer states that unit is leaking water from the dispenser front and shakes in spin. Inspected unit and found it not level. Unit has an extreme tilt towards the front of the machine. This is why its leaking and is vibrating. Leveled unit and ran rinse/spin cycle to test. No more leaks and unit spins as it should.

"Checked unit over found that the unit would not drain. Found the drain pump was shorted out and the drain line completely plugged up. Unit needs new drain pump and drain line. Unit is about 5 to 10 years old located in the kitchen. Model and serial tag is smeared and is not readable. Pictures are attached; ordrng 1 #### (Drain pump), rqstng P&A on 1 #### (Drain line)"
