Checked unit over found unit was not running through defrost. Disassembled and found that the defrost heater wire had broken repaired defrost heater wire cleared ice pull up return lines and around fan. Instructed customer to unplugged unit for 48 hours due to the massive amount of frost and ice buildup in the freezer section running through a 48 hour defrost. The unit will work with no issues. Spoke with independent property management and they okay'd this.
