"Checked unit over found that the left-hand side support bracket for the lower shelf was broken off of the refrigerator liner. This is actually part of the cabinet, which is not a replaceable part. Due to this being broke, the lower shelf is not supported. There is no way to fix the support bracket. The only option is to replace the refrigerator."
