"Inspected unit and found a couple fault codes. One of them was a critical compressor error, compressor overheating that was due to the conditions of the lint trap buildup of excess lint. I informed the customer of the proper maintenance to do on this unit also sent her a video of the step-by-step procedures and how to do the proper maintenance on this unit. I also cleaned out the drain pump. There was some debris in the drain pump cleared that out cleared the fault codes and tested the heat pump system heat pump system is operating correctly at this time. Recommendation is to clean this unit thoroughly run more clothes through it and continue to maintain it monthly to every other month on the lint trap cleaning the actual lint trap should be cleaned every time that it is used the excess deep cleaning should be done monthly or every other month."

Customers concern with a metal vibrating and clicking sound when the wind is blowing outside. Took the vent filter off and inspected the inside of the unit and found no defects. Ran a test cycle and could hear the clicking sound the customer is hearing. The clicking sound is coming from the blower assembly cover closing once airflow stops flowing through the vent. The vent line runs to the exterior at the roof and due to wind blowing over top or through the vent is causing the blower cover to vibrate and pop open. No service pointers available for issue. Advised a customer they can contact me manufacturer or builder to try and prevent exterior airflow from causing turbulence or vibrating the blower cover.

"Checked unit over found tub extremely loud when spun by hand and heard knocking noise. Belt is chewed up and motor pulley broken from motor. Unit needs new tub and suspension, also needs belt and motor. Set oven temperature to 350 and monitored temperature readings. Temperature seemed OK at first then after a short period of time temperature very slowly started to decline. You can hear the realys clicking on and off (cycling) the heating element but temperature never rose to maintain temperature in oven and slowly declined.
