Inspected the unit. Used the oven cart to pull unit out of the wall. Found a failed door switch. Replaced door switch with truck stock. Reassembled the unit. Installed unit with shims. Ran a test cycle. All checks OK ; used 1 W10269458 (MICRO SWITCH) from stock

Inspected the unit and found that the cabinets protective coating had been fried off by the Magnetron. Making the unit unserviceable. Contacted warranty company. OK to close out ticket.

Inspected unit and found the unit not heating properly. Customer stated bottom would get hot but broil element stayed cool. Broil element good. Put unit into diagnostic mode and found an f1e0 code for an internal error on the Mrc. Flipped breaker to unit and attempted to run an automatic test cycle and unit came up with the same error. Gave customer quote for machine control. Customer wants to repair himself.

Removed unit and found water built up under the dishwasher. Cleared water and ran unit. Found excessive suds. Cleared suds and instructed customer. Checks ok

"Checked unit over, found that the unit had a crack in the front left burner that splintered outward from some sort of impact. Attached pictures. Tested all of the burners to make sure everything else is functioning properly. Called and spoke with Home Buyers and sent them pictures. They do not consider this normal wear and tear. They did call the customer while I was on the phone and informed them of this."

Checked unit over found that the front left burner was not installed correctly. Reinstalled correctly and all checks okay.

Checked unit over found the unit was not venting. Unit was giving an error code for a plugged vent. Checked the rest of the unit. Checks ok. Venting issue.

"Checked unit over found the unit was running, but would shut off after two minutes. Could not get the unit to act up. Adjusted door switch indoor. Tested all function on the unit. Checked OK"

Checked unit over found that the unit was making vibration noises from the rear condenser fan adjusted rear fan. Evap fan had more vibration than normal, secured fan with additional screws. Informed tenant that unit being older will have more noise from compressor and and fans but everything is checks ok.

Adjusted door switch and checked unit over. Dryer not getting proper voltage. Instructed customer to call an electrician.

Repaired wire harness to door switch checks ok

"Customer states that the unit has no lights, did advise that the bulbs are not covered, and when they open the door it seems to be running still. If they hit cancel it stops. Load tested the unit several times and tried to recreate the issues. Unit did work as its supposed to."

Unit is leaking. Found the defrost drain hose was clogged. Thawed out cycled with hot water and checks ok

Unit is not making ice. Did remove the ice maker and did plug back in and the ice maker did fill.

Customer states that unit was taking several cycles to dry but now it wont heat at all. Inspected unit and found the heater thermal fuse shorted open. Replaced fuse and high limit thermostat as precaution. Ran to test. Unit is heating as it should. Unit had dry time issues because of a clogged vent. Advised customer to have the vent cleared. If problem persists after cleaning vent the unit will need the thermistor.

Customer states that unit wont power on. Removed console and found the power cord disconnected from the main board. Connection was loose from the factory. No signs of tampering. Ran diagnostics cycle to test and all functions operate as they should. All ok.

Customer states that unit is making a popping/poof noise when unit ignites. Ran to verify. Flame is lifting away from the burner causing improper ignition. Adjusted air shutter and ran to test. Unit cycled 6-7 times with no abnormal noise. All ok.

Cycled ice maker to make sure the bail arm was not hanging up. Unit checked ok

Freezer door fell off. Reseated handle and tighten up screw. Henry at Samsung ticket 4170099143

Inspected the unit and found a large amount of dog hair in the unit having caused the heating assembly and safety thermal fuse to short out. Found what appeared to be burnt hair in the unit. Recommended the customer move the dryer to another location away from the wash/drying station. The element assembly will fail again if the issue of the dog hair getting into the unit is not addressed. Provided estimate and the customer declined repair.

Inspected the unit and found the doors not closing and aligning properly. Made adjustments to the door. Applied grease to the door closures and adjusted the mullion. Doors closing properly now. Provided info to the customer about the weight of the doors and demonstrated common issues with them. All other checks ok.

Inspected the unit and found customer using too much detergent. Provided information to the customer about detergent usage. Made adjustments to the door and the magnet for the door switch to allow it to close properly. Provided information to customer on what cycles to be running. The unit is now functioning properly. All checks OK

Inspected unit and found the icemaker flex mold on the tray was just stuck. Made adjustments and icemaker is functioning properly at this time. I advised the customer to give it 24/48 hrs before ice production returns to normal.

"Inspected unit and found the dishwasher completely dead. Customer stated it was running and it just quit and she could not get it to come back on. Flipped breaker to dishwasher. When flipped back on, dishwasher came on and started running properly. Unit filled, washed, and drain. All checks ok."

Customer states that unit isnt cooling. Inspected unit and found signs of a refrigerant leak. Very little frost build up around the evaporator/capillary tube. Inspected compressor compartment and found corrosion around the drier and the discharge side of the compressor. The compressor and all fans are running. "Unit is 15 years old in bathroom. Customer states that the unit leaks, and makes noise. Also the start button intermittently acts up. No signs of leaks from underneath the unit and no signs of leaks at the water valves. Ran unit to test. No leaks when the unit fills or agitates. The household drain is backing up when the washing machine drains. The drain is sluggish and cant keep up allowing the water to overflow the drain. Advised customer that a plumber would be needed to clear that drain. Ran unit to test for noises. The clutch assembly has a worn bearing causing it to be noisy. Unit also has a ping noise to it. This is the agitator moving excessively. It is tight on the shaft but is worn. Unit needs the agitator assembly, the clutch assembly, drive pulley, pulley nut, drive belt, agitator coupler, bolt, tub seal, and tub bearing. Very tight space. Checked unit over found that the unit was frozen up in the back. Defrosted and found that lines were busted and unit wont make ice or dispense water. This has been happening since before they moved in customer stated. Spoke with HBW and they wont cover due to preexisting.

Checks unit over found that the rotor and stator were dragging and causing noise along with bearings in drum being completely worn out. Atomic appliances repair had just replaced parts on this unit last week. AST sent back over to atomic to finish repair due to parts being covered under their warranty.
