"Customer states that they ran a load of dishes yesterday and it drained fine but leaked. Customer saw water on the floor in front of the dishwasher, cabinet, and refrigerator. Removed kick plate and found no water under the unit currently. Ran unit to test for leaks. Unit did not leak but it also didnt fully drain mid cycle. Removed unit from counter to inspect pump and drain hose. Drain hose was hard to force air through but cleared up. Nothing in the drain pump that would prevent it from draining. Drain pump is weak and isnt moving enough water to fully drain. When unit fills for the rest of the cycle it is overfilling causing the leak now. Customer also stated there was an issue with the dispenser not dispensing water. Upon further inspection, found the bracket meant to hold the microswitch for the water had broken.
