"Inspected unit and found that the drain pump was constantly running. I tested the unit and diagnostics and recalibrated the unit. I did this due to a service pointer that was in Service Matters talking about a new two step behavior for this exact model. The problem that I think is going on is that there is an open ground on the electrical outlet that I verified through testing. I recommend to the customer to have this fixed and if the problem continues, then we will order this control board that is in the sticky note and come back and install that board due to the fact that it may be a glitch because of this electrical issue in the outlet."
