That it was in need of a complete rebuild due to overheating from seizing up in the transmission. Customer declined repair.

Inspected the unit and ran a test cycle. Found the unit heating up correctly on three different cycles. Clean the moisture sensor bars and check. Check for good voltage. All checks good.

"Inspected the unit and the belt and drive motor for any burning or smells. Installed the new parts. Ran a diagnostic cycle and the unit filled with water and drained, also it agitated, and spun to correct speed. All checks good"

"Inspected the unit and found the turntable, making a noise while turning. Removed the tray and the rollers out and clean the rollers off and cleaned any food on the bottom of the microwave. Reinstalled the tray and rollers and found no noises. All checks good."

Inspected the unit and found some odors coming from the dishwasher. Found some food down at the bottom of the drain and that the drain line did not have a high loop in it. Adjusted the drain hose and clean the drain filter. Advise the customer to run some cleaning tablets to help break up any smells or bad odors inside the unit. All checks good

Inspected the unit and found the unit not draining. Remove the drain filter and found large amounts of the backing of a rug in the drain filter. Cleaned the filter out and chop vac the rest of the rug out. Test cycle. All checks good.

Inspected the unit and found that the dishwasher was pushed too far back and pushing on the power cord and causing it to kill power to the unit. All check good file 87593333

Ran a few test cycles on the unit and all mechanical functions were working well. We did see a lot of suds left over and determined after investigation that there was no high loop and also rinse aid had not been used in quite sometime. Recommended the customer use detergent without dawn dish soap and to use rinse aid regularly. Cleared suds. Ran a cycle with veg oil as we left to help clear any other suds.

"Installed board and recalibrated the unit. During the recalibration you could hear a grinding noise and the unit shut off. Reset the unit and could not get it to power back up. Removed top panel and found the board receiving 120v but sending no voltage out. Pulled the unit forward and inspected the underside. After removing the motor guard found grease on and around the gearcase. Faulty gearcase. Called techline while checking for possible wiring short to motor, drain, and acuator. Found no short or damage. Techline answered and I advised of the issues. They checked the control and display board and advised the display board has shorted out. Tried a few resets on the wiring and board with no response. Techline advised they do not know what has caused the board to short out again but recommended replacing the display, main wiring harness and DC voltage components as something is causing it to short out. Unit is only 3 years old but will need a complete rebuild of the unit, additional labor, time and tech. Inspected the unit and found the unit when closing the door is blowing the breaker. Inspected unit and discovered some debris on the wheel spindles that was causing some noise coming from the felt pads. Disassembled and cleaned up the pads and added grease to the spindles. Also cleaned out the blower housing that had some excessive buildup. Put unit back together and ran test cycle. All checks good.

Talked with GE tech line and showed them several pictures of the relay board to make sure it was wired correctly and the unit was wired correctly. "Inspected the unit and found the door boot was torn and causing water leaking from the front. The torn door boot is not something that is covered by warranty due to outside objects tearing the door boot."

"Inspected the unit and found the customers complaint was that there was water leaking. Put the unit into diagnostics and ran several cycles and a drain cycle and found no leaks. Tilted unit back and looked for hoses that had come loose or were not attached properly. All checks good."

"Upon arrival knob on dryer was hard to turn, upon further inspection saw that the knob connection had a small crack. Also the timer needed to be replaced. Informed customer of the required repair and parts. Customer refused due to the cost of the repair."

Tested all burners on cooktop all burners light up fine with a nice flame height. Tested broiler cycle and it worked fine. Checked the glow igniter on oven and it lit the oven up and the oven got up to proper temperature and the igniter continued to run as it should. Customer concerned about an abnormal sound and smell. Customer claimed would not heat up. Technician could not find anything wrong at the time of service.

Inspected the unit and found that the connector had fallen off of the solenoid. Made necessary adjustments to the solenoid and connector. Secured all connections. Ran a test cycle. All checks OK
