Inspected unit and found everything working properly. Pulled the unit forward and could not find any traces of water. Checked the water valve and the water lines to make sure they werent leaking. Pushed unit back and checked for leaking in the front. Found no ice or water buildup in the freezer. Poured water down the drain to see if the drain line or drip pan were leaking and found nothing. Also ran a couple cups of water through the dispenser and checked for leaks and found none. Advised customer to keep an eye on the area and call if it does it again.

Unit is 6 years old in the kitchen. Customer states that ice/water dispenser stopped working. Then the unit stopped cooling well in the fresh food and upper freezer. Now unit is operating fine. Items in the bottom of the freezer were frozen but not in the top. Same scenario in the fresh food section. Possible that the evaporator fan had stopped but is now working properly. Fan and compressor are running. Checked dispenser and its operating as it should. Ice maker was in the middle of a cycle and wouldnt finish. It does not have voltage to it. Inspected harness and found a wire broken at the lower hinge. This is a common problem on this model. It shorting out can cause erratic operations such as the evaporator fan not running and dispenser. Unit needs freezer door. "Inspected the unit and found an error code for lid lock failure and stuck keypad. When powered on the unit made a loud beeping sound when I tried to change the wash cycle settings, as if another button was being held down as well. Entered diagnostics and found the above error codes, ran a test for the touch panel and all buttons and lights responded. Unplugged the unit for 5 minutes to rest the board. Ran unit to test on auto fill with load. Unit did not over fill this time. Customer has video to confirm overfill. Valve is shutting down as it should. Nothing blocking the pressure hose. Replaced pressure switch and control. Ran to test. Unit is no longer over filling. All ok.
