Changed the smart defrost cycle and pulled unit forward and found the compressor not running. Removed the back cover and found a wire harness loose on the compressor. Reset the compressor harness. Compressor is now running and pulling 5 A after start up for over five minutes. It appears unit unit just had a faulty connection. Unit is running at this time without issues. Advised the customer to give it several days before it returns to normal temperatures. If the issue returns, they may have a faulty compressor."
