Inspected unit and was able to get the unit to run a rinse and spin cycle and a quick wash cycle with cold water. All checks are good at this time. I did however see an excess amount of suds left after running my 2 tests cycles. These excess suds can at times make there way up the pressure tube to the control board and cause faults to occur as the unit thinks its full of water and wont allow unit to operate correctly. My suggestion is to monitor laundry soap usage. All HE detergents only need a maximum of 1 oz to wash a full load of clothes.

Inspected unit and tested all functions of the washer. I checked both cold and hot valves and cleared any potential blockage. Unit is filling with water agitating and draining water at this time. If problem persists we ask that you could take a short video of the control panel to see if any flashing lights are occurring. We need to see these flashes as they pertain to a possible error code. All checks are good at this time.

"Found the unit still not making ice. Manually tested the Icemaker and found it filling with water, motor activating and dumping ice, and heater activating. Not sure why the unit is not automatically producing ice. All physical components functioning properly. Called 3rd party WP service, disconnected multiple times, upon getting ahold of someone, they advised we could be missing something and setup second opinion. Advised customer."
