Inspected unit and found the icemaker cycling properly. Found no water or ice in icemaker molds. I asked customer if they had recently changed their water filter. They had stated no that they were going to but have not yet and had a new one to put in. Put new water filter in and felt water immediately start to rush in. When running water through filter found lots of rust colored sediment. Ran until water was clear. Told customer due to the fact that they have well water their filter was probably clogged with sediment not allowing water to get to the icemaker. Advise them if they were still having issues to call and get rescheduled.

Made adjustments to the guide and icemaker. Customer complained of low water flow. Tested valves and filter and water flow. Waterflow does appear to be slightly lower than normal but could not find any issue with the water valves or filter. Advised the customer to run the unit through 24 hour defrost cycle with the doors open to allow the ice how long the back liner to melt. All checks OK

Inspected the unit and found damage to both the freezer and refrigerator door gaskets. Found the compressor running for about eight minutes and then shutting off and then kicking back on shortly after. The temps in the fresh food section were an average of 47? and an average of 15? in the freezer section both sections are slightly warmer than they should be. Found large gap in between the inner and outer liner. I advised the customer due to the condition of the unit and the compressor eventually failing and I did not recommend them replacing the door gaskets due to the high cost and recommended just sealing up the liner and see if that improves cooling. The unit is 14 years old. Customer approved of the sealant kit repair. Customer said they would monitor the temperatures of the next couple days. Applied sealant and sealed gapping in the refrigerator and freezer section.

Checked unit over found at the door latch would not latch properly. Adjusted installation of dishwasher and then door would latch properly. Customer was saying that it was leaving water in the bottom. This was due to the door latch not being secured properly and that along the unit to finish the cycle.
