Inspected the unit and found the drain hose did not have a loop installed on it and water droplets on the inside of the unit. Advised the customer about rinse aid and adjusted the hose with a temporary tire to create a loop. Advised the customer is was just temporary. All other checks ok with the unit.

"Inspected the unit and found several codes for off balanced load and oversuds. Inspected the unit and found a failed icemaker. Customer had the IM replaced earlier this year by another company. I advised them to contact the other company as the part should be under warranty.

Inspected the unit and found an ED 21 error code. Customer stated that they were having a lot of electrical work done around the house. And that they've had around 10 power outages. And every time the washer throws this error code. I stated that this is due to their power surges. And if they want to continue using the washer to just unplug it to reset it every time until the electrical work stops. All checks OK

Checked unit over found the unit would not run through a cycle or even start. Took unit in the diagnostics and found that unit had a faulty lock assembly. Disassembled lock and found that there was detergent all inside of the lid lock. Cleaned out lid lock assembly and ran unit through calibration. unit is now locking and starting a cycle. Gave this information to Carl.

Checked unit over found the unit was out of balance and rocking all over the place. Attempted to put unit into the spin and it would not drain the water out properly. Replace drain pump. Unit drain the water out properly but were still bouncing all over the place in the spin cycle. Pulled unit out and found that the bottom left shipping bolt had been left in from delivery. Remove shipping bolts in unit spun out properly but the unit was extremely loud due to the shipping bolt being stuck in there.

Checked unit over found at the front left burner would only heat up on high. Replaced front left burner and it tested good. Customer is having issues with the front right burner the inner part not heating up. Replaced switch. All checks okay

Inspected unit and found everything working properly. Customer stated he had unit unplugged and plugged it back in and left it and unit started working right. I checked temps in the freezer and fresh food sections and they were good. Also checked door seals and the door switch. All checks ok.

Upon arrival started a normal cycle. Everything was working correctly. Talked with the customer about what was wrong and the noise it was making. Could not get unit to make abnormal noise. Spoke with customer about repairing the unit with its age and cost of repair. Customer declined repair for now.

Upon arrival I took off the control panel to get to the ceramic fuse on the filter board. Tested fuse and it tested good. Checked wires and terminals for any kind of physical damage and could not find any. Checked door lock switches and made sure they were sitting properly in their bracket. Was able to get the unit to power up and start a cycle but unit did not heat. Gave quote for magnetron and capacitor. Customer declined repair.

"Inspected unit and found the fridge at about 48-50? and the freezer at 56-60?. Plugged newfi into unit to check for any error codes. Found none. Found an alert for high temperatures. Turned fans on individually and all turned on properly. When I turned the compressor on, it ran for about 30 seconds then shut down. Compressor was extremely hot to the touch. Informed customer that compressor was going out on overload and was getting too hot. Talked with customer about price of repair. Customer wants time to think on it."

Customer states that air filter light does not come on when pressed like it should also unit is getting a lot of condensation and items are still freezing. No loose connections at display that would cause light not to come on. Air filter light does come on in test mode. Unit will need another display. Customer has moved items per last suggestion to prevent freezing but they are still freezing. Ran damper motor test to verify it is opening and closing. Damper is operating as it should. Water filter is leaking when water is dispensed. Customer recently replaced the water filter. The filter replaced is an aftermarket and not a factory filter. Advise customer to install a factory filter to stop the water leak from the dispenser. Possible that water leakage is freezing near air damper and causing it to stay open. Also found issues with cabinet at the lower section. Found liner bowed at the bottom right corner and along the mullion. Doors do not lineup either and will not adjust. Lower hinge appears bent/damaged. This can cause air/moisture leakage. Need to reach out to Frigidaire and see what we can do.; ordrng 1 5304526170 (User interface)
