"Inspected the refrigerator and found a water fill tube for the dispenser was pushed up at a place causing it to leak around dispenser assembly. Customer also states unit was not making ice, found the filter tube frozen. Steamed fill tube and put foil tape around water inlet. All checks good."

"Inspected the washing machine customer states close at the end of the cycle are still wet. Checked drain extension drain installed properly and at the proper depth. Customer had a small load of clothing in the washer on arrival, canceled cycle. Did a drain and spin, machine had some vibrations due to not being completely level. Leveled unit until smooth clothes at the end of the drain and spin were just slightly damp. Customer should be mindful of what type of clothing and how large of a load, user settings, all are factors of incomplete spin cycle leaving clothes wet. Leveled unit everything is operating properly."

Checked out the unit and the customer stated it would make it loud grinding when the unit was first started. Ran several tests and could not get the units to replicate any issues. Tightened down some screws at the back of the bulkhead and customer also stated the side of the dryer would get very hot and this is a new build home so advise a customer to make sure their vents are cleared and doesnt have any issues. Checks OK
