Customer states that unit will intermittently trip the breaker when running unit in bake and opening door. Doesnt happen every time. Breaker has been replaced but this did not resolve the issue. Breaker is an AFCI type breaker. This unit does not require or is recommended for that type of breaker. Also that unit should be on its own circuit. Range hood is tied into range outlet. Advised customer that this my cause nuisance tripping of the breaker. No shorts to ground through power cord. No signs of loose connections at door switch. Preheated unit to 375 to test. Got to temp with no issues and amp draw never exceeded 3.8. Opened and closed door several times and unit lost power. Amp draw at its highest was 4.2. Not enough to trip a breaker.
