Suspension rods on this unit are completely worn out and when you push on the tub it basically touches the ground. Customer states that unit wont power on. Sometimes when closing door hard the unit comes on. Latch is working properly. Unit isnt always getting voltage to control. Pulled unit from under counter and it came on. Ran test mode. No error code sound and unit operated as it should. Unplugged power cord from back and reinserted. Reinstalled unit under counter and ran test again. Unit operates as it should. Power cord connection at the back was most likely loose causing no power. All ok.

Customer states that when unit is plugged in and door is shut the breaker trips. Inspected unit and found door switch shorted closed. Shorted switch is causing breaker to trip. This unit falls under service bulletin for door switch replacement. This improves the alignment of the latch to switch. Replaced all parts included in kit. Ran to test. Unit is heating as it should and doesnt trip the breaker. All ok.
