"Customer complaint regarding abnormal noise during the agitate cycle. Ran an empty normal cycle and the unit filled with hot and cold water, agitated, drained, and sun without any issues. Noticed abnormal noise during the end of the agitate cycle and during the spin cycle. Removed the front panel and could find no defects from the mechanical components. Logan Master has been out multiple times in the past 8 weeks and has rebuilt the inner and outer tub, motor, pulley, shaft, balance ring etc. Customer still experiencing abnormal noise. Advised the customer and techline that Authorized Service is a third-party contractor for speedqueen and we do not repair appliances that have been worked on by other companies due to liability. Contacted SpeedQueen techline and advised of issues."

Checked out the unit and found the unit thrown an error code for improper voltage. Checked the back of the terminal block and found that the red hot wire going to the terminal block had burned out due to the power cord not being installed properly and being loose causing an arc when the unit is running. It also caused the terminal block itself to crack out the back. Called and informed the warranty company of the issues and they stated this is not something that will be covered under warranty. Checked out and the customer stated the unit was constantly running. They had a blockage in the sink which caused the dishwasher to continue to run constantly. They got the clog cleaned out and had not run it since then. Ran a diagnostic cycle on the unit ran and drained with no issues. Advised customer to run a clean cycle in the unit to clean out the soap buildup. Checks OK
