Inspected the unit and found the compressor off and the unit appeared to be running a defrost cycle. Performed a hard reset on the compressor and powered the unit back up. Unit pulled 5.5 amps on startup and returned to .80 amps on a constant run. Reset the control board and deactivated the smart defrost cycle. Unit on 8 hour standard defrost cycle. Advised the customer the compressor is now back up and running and should return to temps within 24 hours. If temps dont return then they are looking at a sealed system leak.
