Inspected the unit and found that the detergent buildup underneath the agitator was flaking off due to the customer putting a lot of cleaners inside the unit. Resulting in flakes of the detergent buildup getting onto her clothing. Cleaned off all detergent buildup. Advised customer to only use 2 tablespoons of detergent no matter what size load. All checks OK
