Inspected unit and found unit giving F8E4 error code. Unit was also turning on drain pump and attempting to drain. This is usually caused by the float switch getting water underneath it. Removed kickplate and saw drip pan had water in it. Customer had stated a few days ago they had opened the unit in the middle of a cycle which may have caused some water to drip into the drip pan. And noticed that she put the detergent pod into the liquid detergent tray. She started a load. And immediately the unit started leaking from the detergent tray. Because the pod clogged the line to the washer. Advised customer to only use the tray for liquids. And to throw the pods directly into the wash basket. All checks OK
