Attempted to recalibrate the unit and the gear case its making a popping sound would not spin properly. Unit is roughly 6 years old. Inspected the unit and the customer stated that it had an LC error code. Also found the water deflector on the right side had come off and possibly making that error code appear. Pulled the unit out and inspected underneath for water leaks and found no leaks. Found that the middle rotor wash arm tabs were not keeping it in place and allowing the washroom to fall off when pulling the top rack out. All checks good. ; ordrng 1 DD97-00559C (Rotor middle)
