Inspected the unit and found the unit not responding. Remove the junction box and found the wires at the bottom of the dishwasher fried and burned out. Advise the customer to talk to an electrician to further resolve the issues. The unit may potentially have a bad display or control board due to those wire shorting out but we will not know until the electrician resolves the issue.

Inspected the unit and found the unit leaking water from the back of the unit. Pulled the unit out and turn the water back on and found water coming from the water line from the house to the dishwasher. try tightening up the waterline and the unit would continue to leak. Customer will need a new waterline to resolve the issue.

Inspected the unit and found grease on the underside of the gearcase. Found damage to the cam kit and guard. Attempted to removed the washplate but the nut on the washplate and gearcase would not release from the gearcase. Unit needs a tub replacement. The unit is 9 years old and located in the laundry room. Repair requires additional labor and a second tech.
