"Checked unit over, found that the unit would not power on. Found that the wires in the terminal block were melted. Repaired wires at the terminal block. Spoke with American shield. They need to send an electrician out to replace the wires. Going to the dishwasher because they were completely melted."

Checked unit over and found that all four of the burners on the cooktop had excessively high flames. Regulator has already been replaced by a previous company. I believe the issue with the burners is that they have the incorrect orifices installed and it is allowing too much gas flow and excessively high and dangerous flames. Did inform the customer he should not use unit until fixed.
