'Removed the top panel and ran a large test cycle found no leaks from the water valves, main water lines, or waterline hoses. Manually filled the unit to max capacity with water and ran a drain and spin cycle and found no leaks from the drain pump or drain hose, or pressure sensor line. Also found no leaks coming from the drain pump filter or door boot. I advise the customer the water could be coming from the steam release hose as it builds up steam and advised them to run a couple test cycles to see if thats whats causing the leak."

Then I canceled the cycle out and the drain pump ran and emptied out the water. Hooked the unit up to my GE diagnostics tool. And found that it needed a firmware update. Updated firmware. But there were no error codes found. Began a second test cycle. But unit would not begin a cycle. Unit is in need of a control board and user interface board. Customer declined repair

Inspected the unit and found the temperatures in the fridge to be 40?. And 30? in the freezer. Upon further inspection I found that there was no frost pattern on the back wall. And with the compressor running it was drawing 0 A. Unit has a sealed system leak.
