This is due to lint build up inside the unit and the sound will come and go. This is a normal issue for dryers and advised the customer the sound will continue to come and go and recommend they have the vent line cleaned out on a regular basis to prevent lint buildup inside the unit. Also advise they could have a maintenance clean out on the unit which is not covered under the warranty, but would recommend waiting another year or so before they had it cleaned out."

Inspected unit and found no loose or broken wires. Voltage to the unit is correct. Voltage to the control is correct. Wiring harness is in good shape. Ran unit to duplicate concern. Unable to duplicate concern. Issues is most likely a control board or user interface shorting out. The control and user interface are both NLA. No repair possible.
