Installed new fan here in a test cycle to 400? and found no abnormal sounds coming from the fan. You cant hear the fan running but it is normal sound. Photos taken of the area to ensure no damage to the appliances or property of the customer.

Inspected unit and found the control board light going out on the display and nothing responding after running the unit for several minutes. Remove the top panel and found the wire harnesses appear to be fine and nothing short of release. Advise the customer to contact LG manufacturer to see if they will assist and coverage. Provided an estimate for the customer and they advised they will contact us if they wish to pay out-of-pocket for the repair.

"Inspected the unit and anytime you start a cycle the display would show door indicating the door switches are bad. Removed the front control and tested all three door locks. All three are reading good. Found the lights, fan, and exterior light not functioning. Checked the outlet and found 120v but not grounded per the outlet tester. Advised the customer to have a certified electrician come out and properly ground the line. Unit is 1 year old in the laundry room. Customer states that the unit will intermittently shut down. Cannot say if the control shuts off or if it just stops tumbling. Ran diagnostics cycle with no issues. Customer uses timed dry cycle. Ran unit on timed dry cycle to test. Unit is operating correctly at this time. Unable to duplicate concern. Suspect motor is overheating and shutting off.

Customer states that unit will not start. Inspected the unit and found the control lock on. Reset control lock and started unit with no issues. Ran diagnostics cycle to test. Found F5E1 door open error. Switch is operating correctly. Unit ran through diagnostics cycle with no issues. Unit draws 7 amps with heater running. Started normal cycle to test and unit starts fine. Problem was with the control lock button. All ok.

Installed all provided parts and ran unit to test. Unit fills as it should. All ok.

Installed all provided parts. Advised customer to run for an hour to burn off packing oil.

Unit is making a loud fan noise. Found ice build up around the evap fan motor. Thawed out cycled.

Customer is having heating issues.. customer has a house vent issue. Did advise that it was not a dryer issue.

"Inspected the unit and found all the burners functioning properly on low, medium, and high heat. We are in the oven on bake 350? cycle and broil on high both cycles he did the correct temperature without any issues. Customer complained that the glass cooktop was scratched and heat and the smoke seem to be coming from the front left side of the panel. Advise the customer there is a vent shaft on the left of that panel that prevents warm air from getting around the control board and damaging it. This is a safety feature and is normal To have heat or smoke coming from this vent. Advise the customer the glass cooktop is only covered underneath a 30 day cosmetic warranty and is only covered due to manufacture defect. The scratch and scuffs are not covered under any kind of warranty. Customer complaining about the front right burner getting too hot and then getting cold again while using. Demonstrated how the burners function and the difference between a high and medium heat. The unit is functioning properly and passing all tests. customer still not happy with unit. I advised the customer there was nothing else we could do and if they had any other issues they need to contact Frigidaire customer service."

Customer states that cooling fans are loud and unit has a gas odor when first lighting. Ran unit to test. The noise from the cooling fans is normal. All three run at the same time and are loud. Changing parts will not help. The gas odor is coming from the smaller oven. The flame is lifting away from the burner. Adjusted the shutter village. Flame is in line and unit has no odor. All ok.
