Inspected the unit and found an error code for A302 while in diagnostics. This code is for the electronics overheating. The customer was running a clean cycle for 2hours when the code appeared. Tested the convect and cooling fan and both passed. The unit only has a few inches of clearance on each side and under 6 inches clearance on the top and bottom. This does not allow for good airflow and heat dissipation around the unit which is causing the error. Provided information to the customer about the cleaning cycle and advised if the issue returns that they can add a thin layer of insulation around the outside of the wall oven to help control heat dissipation. Ran the cycle for about 10 to 15 minutes and found no other leaks. Drain pump is much louder than normal. Inspected the unit and found 240V going into the unit and during a test cycle the heating element activated and heated without any issues. Made adjustments to the control panel and door. Made adjustments to the vent line and checked the exterior vent and found very poor airflow. Provided this information to customer. Customer needs their vent lines cleared. All checks OK
