Read the user manual to see how to calibrate the unit and found the unit calibrated at +35?. Inspected the unit and found the white base underneath the washer was starting to bend up and rub on the bottom of the wash machine motor guard. Ran a test cycle and found no error codes or issues. Advised customer to remove the base under the unit and run a cycle. If issues returns we will give them an estimate for new suspension system.
