Checked unit over and found the unit was full of water and would not power on. Cleared out tub and drain pump. Unit would power on and then completely shut down. Could not put unit into cycle. Customer said unit was leaking prior to it stopping completely. Found that the unit was leaking water from around the gear case/tub area. Unit needs new control boards and outer tub along with gearcase. American home shield is not proceeding with any repairs.
