Customer states that the unit isnt maintaining the temperature. It is fluctuating between 34-43 in the fresh food section. At times items in the fresh food section freeze and items in the freezer section dont freeze solid. Also having louder than usual noises when the ice maker cycles. When the temperature fluctuates they are not seeing any frost build up. Temperature is set to 37 for the RC and 0 for the FC. Actual temp in the RC is about 34. Actual temp in the FC is -4. Well within range. Sensors all test good and within range. Compressor and all fans are operating correctly. Damper motor is operating as well. Cycled the ice maker to test. No abnormal noises during harvest or fill. I am unable to duplicate the concerns.

Inspected unit and found signs of frost buildup on the fresh food evaporator cover the fresh food fan has not run either. Checked the control code in pound 22, and 25. 25 is fresh food defrost here and 22 is a fresh food fan error. The fan is not running because it is frosted up. Customer states that unit is heating but it now wont advance. Ran unit on timed dry to test timer. Timer is advancing fine in timed dry but not advancing in auto settings. Removed back panel to inspect the cycling thermostat. Found the thermostat short cycling the temperature. This short cycling will keep the timer from advancing in the automatic settings. Replaced thermostat and ran to test. Timer is advancing correctly in the automatic settings. All OK.

"Unit is 7 years old in laundry room. Customer states that unit is squealing when it tumbles. Inspected the unit and found the idler pulley locked up. This is causing it to squeal intermittently. The other rollers are in good shape. Replaced idler, pulley, cleared unit of lint, lubricated, rollers, and ran a test. Unit is quiet and functioning as it should. All OK.; used 1 W10837240 (Idler bracket) from stock"

Inspected the unit and found the drain pump faulty and the plastic tub warping on the sides and top which could lead to possible leaks. Inspected the drain line found no kinks running to the garbage disposal. Filter housing assembly and screws removed by customer to drain water from unit. photos taken. Provided info to AHS and advised we do not complete repairs on unit if its been tampered with. AHS to contact the customer regarding the next step. Auth107PAHM.

"Inspected the unit and reset the control, found the bake and broil turning on and off without issues. Possible issue with the broil relay staying on when it should be off. Ran 3 separate temp cycles on the lower oven and calibrated both upper and lower. Provided info to the customer about how to calibrate the temp if needed in settings. All other checks ok."
