I disconnected the drain hose right before it hooked to the copper pipe and it drained out water with no issues. As soon as I hooked it up to the copper pipe that ran through the basement the unit would not drain out. I also could not pull any water through the drain line when it was hooked up to the copper pipe. Plumbers need to clean out the drain line

Customer states that unit is leaking water from the freezer and has a large sheet of ice under the freezer drawer. Inspected the unit and found the defrost drain clogged. Clear defrost drain using steamer and installed heater water to prevent drain from clogging again. All OK. Unit is functioning as it should and will no longer leak from the freezer.

Customer states the unit makes a loud noise during agitation. Inspected unit and found signs of pulling dragging the belt cover. Ran unit test and found noise during agitation and a little bit during spin. Transmission has lots of end play causing pulley to rub cover. This is whats causing the noise as well too. Unit needs transmission assembly and drive pulley.
