Installed parts. Door still leaks. Will need a tub job. And suspension kit. Suspension is worn allowing the tub to lean too far forward. And the tub itself is gummed up not allowing it to drain properly. Checked unit over found the unit was snagging clothes and leaving burn marks on the clothes and taking a long time to dry. Disassemble the unit and found a massive amount of lint build up inside the unit and the lint filter trap. Vacuumed everything out and found that the unit had screws that were sticking out on the lint filter trap that were catching the customers close. Remove screws and installed flat head screws. Reassembled unit and tested unit checks OK

Checked unit over found that the unit was leaking water and would not drain. Remove the inner drum and found a rag had gotten down inside the drain pump. Removed rag and tested unit, it was draining properly but was not filling with water properly. Found that the hot water valve was completely covered in calcium and plugged up.
