"Upon arrival, customer stated that her dishes were not getting dry. And that her door was warped. The only thing that I could see with the door is a small cosmetic issue, where one side has a little bit more of a gap than the other, but not directly affecting the functionality of the machine. I also noticed that the rinse aid reservoir was completely dry that it had never been filled up. I explained to her that these units are high efficiency, and that they must have rinse aid in order for the dishes to come out dry. Ran a test cycle. Everything is functioning as it should from factory. All checks OK"

"Inspected unit and found the unit with no power. Customer had turned off the breaker. When power was applied, I started a cycle and unit ran properly. Put unit into diagnostics mode and unit had no stored error codes. Unit ran diagnostic cycle properly. Advised customer to run like normal."
