Checked unit over found that the unit was leaving black marks on the customers clothes. Either burn marks or grease. Disassembled unit and replaced felt and upper drum bearings due to being worn and the felt ripped up. Couldnt find any grease or anything that would cause those marks. Instructed customer to try using lower temps when drying delicates. Checks ok ; used 2 WE3M52 (BEARING SLIDE) from stock

Customer states that machine stopped running/cooling a few days ago. No lights inside. Voltage at outlet is correct. Removed control to inspect and found molex connector disconnected. Plugged connector in and machine came on. All fans are running. Light works. Compressor is drawing .9 amps. Evaporator is developing a good frost pattern. Advised customer to monitor and it should be down to temp in 24 hours. All ok.
