"Unit was throwing an F 28 code and this is in code for a communication error. I disconnected all the connection on the control board reconnected them and ran through diagnostics and reprogramming. After doing so I ran it through a quick wash and ran all the way through. I had the customer test a heavy duty load with no laundry when I left to ensure that it was working properly. We believe the issue is with the normal cycle only, and due to the control board not being available. I recommended her to just use all the other cycles to keep this from happening again."
