Inspected the unit and ran through checks. Water valve checks OK spin and agitate checks OK. Search for error codes. No error codes were present. Re-calibrated the unit. Make sure the unit was level. Unit was in fact perfectly level. Noticed that the cold water at the wall was turned halfway off. So I opened the valve completely. Upon running a test cycle noticed there was a lot of condensation due to the hot water that was collecting on the lid and around it. Advised the customer use the cool setting or cold to extinguish the condensation. Plus opening the water valve to the cold I believe will help with that. All checks OK
