"Check unit over found the unit was giving an F 28 error code. And an F 25 code. F28 is a failure to drain. Cleared out drain pump that had a large amount of debris in it. Unit would start before it would run for more than one or two minutes. It would throw an F25 code. Found the motor control and display were not communicating according to the error code. Unit would need new motor control, control, and user interface. Spoke with American shield and they do not want to continue with these repairs."
