"Checked out the unit and found very little water, dispensing into the icemaker and found that icemaker was not cycling properly. Removed the icemaker and cleaned through the back of the waterline to make sure they're getting good water flow. We installed the icemaker and adjust the connectors due to it hitting the bail arm. Ran a test cycle and the unit filled the icemaker up with water completely. Advise a customer that if we continue to have issues with it, we would be looking at a new water valve. Checks OK"

We advised a customer he would be looking at an inverter board and a speed hall sensor. Also advise the customer based off of Tech Line if the control board is not set properly on the right personality the unit will have a hard time starting through the cycle, and if we are unable to reset the personality, the control board would have to be replaced before we put an inverter on it or it could mess the two up. "Inspected unit and found the rear vent line running to the wall was disconnected and hot air was coming into the laundry room and into the dryer. It appears another apartment has a dryer vent line that is attached to this one as well so when their neighbor is running the dryer its dumping hot air into their laundry room and dryer. Clogged the vent line with a small towel to prevent warm air from entering the customers home. Ran a low, medium, and high test cycle and found the dryer functioning properly. Advised the customer they cannot just run the dryer without the vent line attached. Thats not the way the unit is designed, they need to have it properly vented outside in order for any kind of warranty coverage to come in to play. Unit needs to be vented to the exterior of the home properly. Advised the customer if the vent line is not connected properly it poses a fire and overheating risk. Customer advised they are going to continue to use the unit. Advised against it. Provided info to landlord as well. 513-594-5922 landlord"

Checked out the unit and found a basket shift fault and the unit would not continue through a cycle. Removed the actuator off the bottom of the unit and make sure that the cam gear was shifting properly. Made sure that the actuator arm was moving back-and-forth. And shifting properly. Installed the actuator and ran a recalibration cycle to make sure the unit was reaching its final speeds. Checks OK
