"Checked unit over, found that the unit was heating, but was not drying and did not have any airflow. Customer said unit was making a terrible noise for several days when they were using it. The noise eventually stopped. But then it stopped drying. Disassembled unit and found that there was an obstruction inside the blower wheel, and while they had continued to use it, it eventually broke the blower wheel. Unit needs new blower wheel and motor assembly."
