Installed the parts and discovered a PVC pipe running to the dishwasher for the inlet water and switching over to a threaded line about 6 inches behind the dishwasher. Showed this to the customer advised they could have possible leaks with this PVC pipe. Ran to test cycles in the unit ran inside any issues. While removing the Casebreak water got down by the moisture sensor and activated the flood cycle. I advise the customer the dishwasher will run the drain pump on and off for the next several hours or the next day waiting for that moisture to evaporate. Cleaned up any water in the base tray.

"Checked unit over found the damper was not opening and closing properly. Also, found the door seals were not lined up and sealing up properly. Repaired and fixed door seals. Could not get dampener to open or close through diagnostics. Found that we had power coming out of the control board but nothing getting to the dampener. Unit has wiring harness issue keeping the dampener from opening or closing. Spoke with Warren Tech and they are going to replace the unit"

"Checked unit over found the refrigerator had low water pressure. Water pressure to refrigerator needs to be increased in order for it to dispense water properly and produce ice properly. There is a water valve in the basement where the knob was broken off. We believe this is causing the unit to not get the proper water pressure, so it will not make or dispense water properly."

Check unit over found that the wiring harness at the terminal block and melted. Repaired wiring harness the terminal block. Unit has a shorted control in control panel. Also found wiring a control board completely fried. Spoke with HBW and they are not continuing with the repair.
