"Inspected unit and found the light for the middle flex drawer not coming on. Customer also had complaint about ice maker not working. Put into diagnostics and had ice maker harvest. Also turned on the water valve to the ice maker. Ice mold did not fill with water. Defrosted ice housing and made sure fill tube heater was working. Put everything back together and made sure ice mold would fill with water. In diagnostics, I turned on the flex drawer light and found it working. When out of diagnostics, flex drawer light would not turn off. Found door switch magnet not activating. Adjusted magnet. All checks ok."

"Inspected the unit and found the major damage. The water valve has leaked onto the gearcase and caused corrosion leading to damage to the gearcase, rotor and stator, tub, shock absorbers. Also found one of the suspension springs damaged leading to the door boot damaged. Unit is roughly 10 or 2 years old (model and serial repeat usage)and located in the laundry room. Tech recommends to replace the unit. Second tech and additional labor required. ; rqstng P&A on 1 DC62-30312J (Cold water valve) and 1 DC97-21466A (Front tub) and 3 DC66-00470D (Shock)s and 1 DC90-27230A (Basket) and 1 DC97-21468A (Rear tub) and 2 DC61-01257M (Spring)s and 1 DC93-00168G (Rotor and stator)"
