Also found that the unit is installed in a tight fit area, and the top of the counter is catching part of the door. Made adjustments to the wash arm due to it catching on the bottom of one of the dish racks and cleaned the dishwasher drain out. Ran a test cycle. All checks good."

Removed the top display cover and check for power at the light socket. The unit had 120 V at the light socket, made adjustments to the inside of the light socket, and was able to get the light to come on and stay on. "Installed new control board and unit ran for about 15 to 20 seconds and then shut off and started flashing. Pulled unit apart and checked all heater circuits and wiring. Everything tested good. Spoke with Frigidaire and we ran a diagnostics test on the motor in the motor has been shorting out the control board unit will need a new motor and a new control board in order to function. I spoke with the customer and they did not want to do the repair."

"Inspected the unit and found the unit not responding. Unit has several components wrong with it. Some of the buttons dont respond and the control board has a melted component, and the magnetron also is not producing heat. The inside cavity of the unit is starting to fade and causing issues. Unit is 14 years old and located in the kitchen Auth#107PBDA"

"Inspected the unit and found an SD error code. Removed the front cover and cleaned the drain filter out. The drain filter was plugged up with lint and what looked like mint wrappers. Reassembled the unit and ran a drain cycle, all checks good"

"Inspected unit and found the control boards not saving the temperature adjustments made. Ran multiple test cycles and the unit is off by about 20 to 30? in temperature. Unit needs new main boards and thermostat. Inspected the unit and found the friction ring completely shattered and the front panel with several dents and damage. Showed this to the customer and advised they would need a new friction ring. Customer requested as to what would cause the damage. It appears the damage to both parts are from shipping issues. Issue has been present since the unit was delivered. Could find no neglect from the customer on the unit. Submitting part order. ; ordrng 1 37937 (Friction Ring)
