Unit needs gearcase, drive hub , and would like to have washplate on hand."

Customer states that mullion is hot to touch. They unplugged the unit to be safe. The customer had cleaned the condenser coils when they first noticed the heat. Advised customer that mullion will be warm/hot to touch. It warms up to help seal the gaskets. Inspected unit. Compressor and all fans are running as they should. The amount of heat built up is normal. All ok.

"Inspected the unit and ran a test cycle, removed the front panel, the unit ran through a spin cycle on the low medium and high setting. Found normal levels of noise, vibration, and support. Tested the suspension rods and they are functioning properly. Provided information to the customer about load sizes and the design of the unit and to avoid smaller loads. Found no other issues with the unit, all checks OK."
