Inspected unit and found the lid switch not reading the lid being down all the time. Took front panel off of unit and made sure lid lock was fully plugged in and in the correct spot. Checked lid switch and found the bar that extends to the hinge not angled properly and needing adjustments. Made adjustments to lid switch. All checks ok.

Unit is 15 years old in the kitchen. Customer states the display cant be read and the unit wont come on. Attempted to turn on bake but control just beeps. Held control lock button for 5 seconds and control unlocked. Unit then would take input. Ran bake to test. Unit is heating as it should. Customer could not tell the control lock was on because the display is missing segments. Unit needs main control. ; ordrng 1 316418553 (Oven eoc)

"Inspected the unit and while running it on a test load I could hear a grinding noise coming from the gear case. Remove the back panel and found a small amount of grease leaking in the road or not sitting on the state or correctly. During the high spin speed cycle the tub was shaking and vibrated more than normal. Entered diagnostics to manually test the gear case and found several error codes, could not clear the error codes. Ran a diagnostic cycle and once it entered stage 4 the unit would just shutdown and not finish the cycle. Unit needs a tub job repair and the main boards replaced. Repair would require a second tech and additional labor.
