Found the belt had come off the bottom and some debris had gotten around the belt. Reinstalled belt and cleaned pulley. Customer had massively overloaded the washer and it was just packed full of everything. I got everything out and put it in the dryer. Adjusted suspension rods and instructed Sally to let the customer know he needs to do about half the size wash that he has been doing because it overloaded unit and it will not spin out.
