Ran another test cycle and the error code did not return. Advised the customer to run a couple cycles and let us know if the issue returns."

Inspected the unit and found the unit leaking water from the front left corner. Inspected the door seal and the bottom door trim seal and found no issues. Ran a test cycle and no water was leaking from the door seals or the bottom door trim seal. Started another cycle and found that themain brackets for the bottom of the dishwasher had rubbed a hole in the bottom of the tub and it was leaking from one of the brackets. Those parts are not repairable. Talked with the warranty company.

"Inspect the unit and found when trying to start a cycle, the unit appears to be locked up and not turning. Removed the vent housing off the back and found the vent housing packed full of lint, and the blower fan was also packed with lint and not allowing the blower fan to spin. Removed all the debris and tried running a test cycle and the motor is very weak and cannot handle the load. This was due to the amount of debris buildup inside the blower fan and caused the motor to fail. This is not normal wear and tear. Called and informed HBW."
