"Inspected the unit and found three of the four burner switches not working. Found two of the receptacles for the burners were burnt and not working. Unit is in rough shape and approximately 16 years old. Called and talked to Tara and gave them an estimate for the repair of the unit, and they did not want to put that type of money in on a unit that is 16 years old."

"Inspected the unit and ran a test cycle. The unit filled up with water and also drain the water correctly. Ran a spin cycle and found the shock, absorbers loose, made adjustments and tightened the shock absorbers. Cleaned the water valve line off due to some build up on the lines. Found that the washer has a bad smell to it and large amounts of suds in the unit. Advise the customer to run some olive oil in the unit to help clean out the sides and to start using cleaning tablets once a week until the smell is gone."
