Ran diagnostics with HASS app. Unit has DC error. Door switch is operating as it should. Ran diagnostics cycle with no issues. Moisture sensors are within normal cycle to test. Unit shut down after 2 minutes. No load in the unit so this is normal. If it senses no moisture it will shorten the cycle. Unable to duplicate concern. Advise customer to use and monitor. If problem reoccurs occurs, the unit will need the main control."

"Inspected the unit and found insulation had gotten on the heating element for the freezer and was causing a bad odor in the unit. Cleared the heating element of any debris. Insulation expansion over time is a common issue with Samsung refrigerators, not a safety or fire concern. The heating element will melt it off and the smell will eventually go away. Checked the compressor and it was pulling 5amps on start up but quickly dropped below .50 amps indicating a sealed system leak. "Inspected the unit and found the broil and bake elements activating and heating correctly. Tested the top 4 burners and 1 warmer burner, back left burner slightly delayed, made adjustments. Ran a broil test cycle and bake 350/385 test cycle, unit temps off. Recalibrated the bake cycle, increasing temp by 15 degrees. Ran test cycle to 400 and temps read good and stay within range for the duration of the test. All checks ok."

Customer states that unit is freezing items on the top shelf and water is leaking from the filter. Inspected water filter and found it leaking from improper fit. A piece of foam is keeping the filter from fully seating. Removed filter housing and foam. Reassembled and filter no longer leaks. Water leakage from the filter froze the damper open. This is why items are freezing. Replaced damper and verified correct operation. All ok. Advised customer on item placement to prevent freezing as well.
