Installed new parts. Ran test cycle. Set unit to 500? on bake. Made sure my meter thermocouple was close to the temp sensor probe. My meter measured the temp at 523? when unit stated it was preheated. Unit went up to 549? until it started dropping. The customers thermometer had read 475? at preheat and about 480? at max temp. Opened door until unit cooling enough to cycle flames back on. Shut it and watched temps as unit cycled flames on and off. Unit dropped to about 450? off then 500? on. 448? off and 489? on. 450? off and 475? on. Customers thermometer measured around 450? the entire time. Unit seems to be working ok.
