After unit updated I toggled individual components to make sure everything was functioning properly. Did a spin test and found unit making a loud grumbling noise. Informed customer that this is due to the bearings going out. Advised customer not to repair at this point.

Found a partial frost pattern on the back evaporator in the freezer section. Ran an amp draw on the unit and it pulled 5 A when the compressor started up but quickly dropped below .50 after a few seconds. Compressors activating and turning on without any issues and is warm to the touch. Called assurant and advise them of the issues. Assurant is placing the unit into replacement options and will contact the customer once approved.

"Inspected the unit and found the drain pump humming but not dumping water. Pulled unit forwards and removed one of the hose clamps and found the backfill valve had detergent and gunk buildup preventing it from opening. Provided information to customer about the drain pump possibly going out down the road and a possible leak coming from the cold water valve. Ran a test cycle and during the spin cycle could hear abnormal noise coming from the gearcase, this is an indicator that the gear case is starting to go out. Advise the customer if any other issues with the unit they should be looking at replacing the unit verse repair."

Checked unit over found that the unit was leaking from the filter housing. Removed filter housing and removed pump. Cleaned drain pump seal and reinstalled. Unit no longer leaking around filter housing. Put unit into spin and found that when hitting high spin speed unit slamming into walls of washer. Found that the bearing in tub/counterbalance throwing unit out of balance. No repair per HBW.
