"Inspected the unit and could hear a clicking noise coming from the motor while running a spin cycle. Running a diagnostic cycle appeared having an issue spinning out. Checked error codes on app and found error code for speed sensor fault and several others that did not register. Attempted to clear error codes, and they would not respond. Power the unit off and power it back on and attempted diagnostics again it would not enter diagnostics. Unit has software issues and the customer will need the GE factory team to evaluate further.
