Inspected unit and found the washer would not fill after it started sensing during a quick wash. Found water turned off. Turned on both hot and cold water valves. Unit filled and agitated properly. Canceled cycle and put into drain and spin. Washer drained and spun out properly. Put into diagnostic mode and found a no fill error code. This was due to the water being shut off. Informed customer to run unit like normal. And see if it completes the cycles. Advised to try other cycles if unit would not complete on other ones. I asked customer if unit started messing up to get a Video or anything that could pinpoint what may be wrong with it. All checks OK.

Inspected the unit and found a frozen fill line for the icemaker. And so it was backing up and pouring down the back wall when the icemaker would call for water. Made some adjustments to the fill line. Installed the shoot at the icemaker. Sealed up around the entrance to the fill line on the back wall. Ran a test cycle. All checks OK

Inspected the unit and found that when you put the door down it just springs back up. And it would not drain. Removed unit from under counter. Adjusted the springs on the door. The door checks OK. Made some adjustments to the drain line. Reinstalled unit. Ran a test cycle. All checks OK.
