Deli door temperatures are between 29 and 33?. The unit was set for an average temperature of 36 in the refrigerator section. Pulled out the deli drawer and found a loaf of bread blocking the return vents behind the deli drawer. Remove the item and adjust the temperatures. Went to diagnostics and found thermistors in refrigerator and freezer section functioning properly and fan working as well. All checks OK, advised the customer to give it a week or so before the temperature adjusts back to normal, activated a short defrost cycle while in diagnostic."

Checked unit over found there was standing water in the bottom of the dishwasher. Removed drain hose and checked garbage disposal, found the plug was still installed on the garbage disposal. Lifted hose into sink and tested drain. Unit draining properly instructed customer that they needed to get the garbage disposal plug removed that is not something we do.

Customer states that unit is making an intermittent sound when it drains. Ran diagnostics test with no noise when draining but it does make a clunk sound when agitating. Pulled unit and removed back panel. Found bolt that secures the rotor sheared off in drum. This is why it is making a clunk sound. Removed drain pump filter to inspect for noise when draining. Found some coins in filter. The unit needs the inner basket. Whirlpool does not offer this part separate from the outer tub. Due to cost of repair customer does not wish to proceed.
