Installed all provided parts and ran to test. Unit still wont agitate. Spoke with LG tech and the unit is missing a washer between the rotor and clutch. This gives it space to shift. Washer was not there when clutch assembly was removed. Tech suggested loosening the rotor nut by a few threads to allow it to drop and create space. This allowed the unit to agitate. Tech said this is an issue from the factory it was assembled at. Problem does not always happen from first day. After dropping the rotor the unit is agitating as it should. Inspected unit and found no power coming to the unit. Inspected control panel and control board and all wires were plugged in properly. Removed back panel. Found black power wire burnt and not connected to the terminal. Found damage to the terminal block due to the wires. Also found no nuts on any of the screws for the terminal block to make sure the wires were secure. Took pictures. Ordering terminal block kit. ; rqstng P&A on 1 5304409888 (Terminal block kit)
