Checked unit over found there was not proper voltage. Going to the heater. Found that the unit had no power coming from the motor. Found the motor had a broken wire. Repaired broken wire on motor. Unit was heating up but was not giving proper temperatures. Heating element was barely getting hot. The heating element was partially grounded. Repaired heating element and wire harness. Unit check OK

Customer states that the unit is noisy and isnt fully draining. Forced unit to drain and it was slow to drain but sounded normal. Removed unit from under the counter and found the drain house kinked. Removed drain hose from extension hose and reinstalled correctly. Ran the rinse only cycle to test. The wash motor is very noisy. The unit needs the sump assembly and gasket. Due to cost customer would like to price options.
