Installed all provided parts and ran to test. Unit still wont agitate. Spoke with LG tech and the unit is missing a washer between the rotor and clutch. This gives it space to shift. Washer was not there when clutch assembly was removed. Tech suggested loosening the rotor nut by a few threads to allow it to drop and create space. This allowed the unit to agitate. Tech said this is an issue from the factory it was assembled at. Problem does not always happen from first day. After dropping the rotor the unit is agitating as it should. Upon arrival put into diagnostics. Did a harvest and bail arm test. Both passed. Also checked ice maker defrost thermostat. I tried to do a water fill test but it did not fill the ice tray. When I took the ice maker out I found the fill tube completely frozen over. Defrosted fill tube. Tested all the ice maker sensors and the ice maker evaporator fan. Inspected unit and found a high-pitched noise coming from the refrigerator. This noise is due to the refrigerator being on level. Attempted to level the refrigerator as best as I could. Slope of kitchen floor was too great. Informed customer this noise would continue but it will not cause any harm to the unit.
