Inspected unit and found unit having issues not heating intermittently. Unit would lose 120 of the 240v causing cooktop to intermittently not heat. When cooktop wasnt working oven was not working as well. Pulled unit out and found that the full 240 volts had been restored and the unit would heat up properly. Tested continuity with each leg of the cord and found the black leg had a break in it and would intermittently disconnect and reconnect. Advised customer to call where they purchased unit from to see if they would replace the cord as the power cords are sold separately from the appliance.

"Inspected refrigerator and found that the condenser coil was completely frosted over and it was protruding out the back interior wall of the freezer, not allowing the dampener to open and cooling off the refrigerator. Im having the customer defrost the refrigerator over the next 24 to 48 hours to clear out any ice and blockage that may be in the drain tube. Customer will report to me once the defrost is done and let me know how the refrigerator is running if there are any issues"
