Customer states that the door is locked and will not unlock. Another service company was out and diagnosed the issue. Stated it needs the door lock assembly. They however could not get the door open. Found several error codes for door lock/unlock errors. Because the control is not sensing the door shut you cannot get any other functions out of it. Removed top panel to access mechanical release of the door lock but found it broken. Broke lock assembly to open door. The unit will need the lock assembly.; ordrng 1 WH01X29528 (Door lock assembly)

Customer states that after using the self clean feature the bake burner would not ignite. Broil is operating as it should. No voltage to the igniter. Removed console and tested thermal fuse. Fuse is open as a result of the self clean cycle. Advised customer to use steam clean feature in the future. The unit will need the thermal fuse. Also want to install user interface cover to prevent moisture issues. ; ordrng 1 318578506 (Thermal fuse) and 1 5304533254 (U/I cover)
