"Check unit unit over, found that the bearings and the transmission have gone bad. This is causing the inner basket to wobble when it spins. Due to the wobbling, it has worn out the seal on the outer tub. Outer tub is not a replaceable part. Spoke with Assurant and gave them this information."

"Check unit over and found the unit had two errors in diagnostics one for the heating element not being activated and the second one for the diverter motor not shifting. Ran unit through diagnostics and was able to reset the control and get the heating element to kick on. Also manually shifted the diverter. Tested in diagnostics and unit is now washing and cleaning properly. Checks OK"
