Customers complaint was that after boiling a large amount of water on the cooktop that the microwave gives an error code and would not start. Inspected the unit and made adjustments to the door switch and latch to make sure they aligned correctly. Ran multiple test cycles and the unit heated without any issues. I advised the customer to use the vent on high whenever boiling water on the cooktop as the door and control board sensors can prevent it from running if moisture gets in the unit. All checks ok.
