"Inspected the unit and found a large amount of gunk around the door seals and the lower door trim and in the filter area. Cleaned out drain filter, drain pump, and drain line. Entered diagnostics and found no error codes. Ran a test cycle in the unit filled with water, washed with good water flow, and rain without any issues. Found the rinse aid dispenser empty. Major items to the door gasket and door to make sure closing properly. Provided information to the customer and advised them to use the cleaning tablets at least every 2 to 3 weeks to help keep food in gunk from building up. All checks OK"
