Ran a spin cycle and found the shock, absorbers loose, made adjustments and tightened the shock absorbers. Cleaned the water valve line off due to some build up on the lines. "Inspected the unit and found the lid bent and not closing all the way, which is allowing the lid to lock. Tried making adjustments to get the lid to close and lock properly. The lid is bent too much to get it to lock the door without having to hold the lid down. Advised the customer that the lid being bent would not be covered under warranty due to its not being a manufactured defect. Advise the customer of the cost of the door and they said they do not want to repair it at this time."

Inspected the unit and found the unit would run for about one to two minutes and then stop and the clean lint filter and red light would appear above the start/pause button. Removed the vent line off the back of the unit and ran a test cycle unit ran for five minutes with no issues. Hooked the line back up and found that it would only run for 1 to 2 minutes again. Advised the customer to have their vent lines cleaned to help resolve the issue.
