Checked unit over. Found debris in the blower wheel. Cleared out the debris out of the blower wheel unit still making an awful noise. Found that the blower wheel was broken and the motor was making noise. Unit needs new blower wheel and motor. Sent estimate they will let us know if they want to proceed.

"Checking I found that there was lint buildup on the blower wheel and the blower wheel had come loose. Reattached the blower wheel and reattached rear vent. Motor sounds weak but unit is running and functioning properly. I did explain to the customer if this had further issues, it would need a motor and they would be better off to just replace it."
