Upon inspection, customer has a plastic tub which will 100% need rinse aid to dry the dishes. The rinse reservoir was completely dry. I instructed the customer that this unit will absolutely need jet dry to resolve the drying issue. On top of that the unit is hooked directly to their cold waterline. I instructed the customer that they will need a certified plumber to connect the hot water line to the dishwasher. Unit is running as it should."

"Checked out the unit and found the unit was making a squeaky noise during a test cycle. He pulled the unit forwards and found a screw stripped on the rear bulkhead on the outer cover and when pushing in on the cover, the noise would stop squeaking. Customer was unhappy with the unit due to it being less than a week old and already have issues. Customer is going to be reaching out from the company who purchased it from regarding a possible replacement"

Checked out the unit and found build up on the back of the evaporator cover and temps were to high in the freezer. Due to amount of frost we recommended a 48 hr defrost to reset the heater and to clear out the frost build up. Lights in the unit would randomly all go out and unplugging the unit would make them come back on. Checks ok

Customer unplugged it a day or so ago and he said the sound went away, temperatures had still not returned to normal. Advised to customer to leave it plugged in.
