Recalibrated the control board and the speed sensor after recalibration ran another spin cycle and the unit was spinning correctly. Advised the customer to make sure they are doing the appropriate size and loads to prevent the thing from bouncing and shaking back-and-forth. Also advise a customer to take a video if the issue returns.
