Inspected unit and found everything working properly. Pulled the unit forward and could not find any traces of water. Checked the water valve and the water lines to make sure they werent leaking. Pushed unit back and checked for leaking in the front. Found no ice or water buildup in the freezer. Poured water down the drain to see if the drain line or drip pan were leaking and found nothing. Also ran a couple cups of water through the dispenser and checked for leaks and found none. Advised customer to keep an eye on the area and call if it does it again.

Unit is 6 years old in the kitchen. Customer states that ice/water dispenser stopped working. Then the unit stopped cooling well in the fresh food and upper freezer. Now unit is operating fine. Items in the bottom of the freezer were frozen but not in the top. Same scenario in the fresh food section. Possible that the evaporator fan had stopped but is now working properly. Fan and compressor are running. Checked dispenser and its operating as it should. Ice maker was in the middle of a cycle and wouldnt finish. It does not have voltage to it. Inspected harness and found a wire broken at the lower hinge. This is a common problem on this model. It shorting out can cause erratic operations such as the evaporator fan not running and dispenser. Unit needs freezer door. "Customer states that clothes are coming out soaking wet after spin. Unit is also adding water during spin cycle. Checked control for error codes. Found F0E5 off balance, and F0E2 over-suds error. Checked inner basket and it is free from the drive hub. Removed wash plate to inspect. Splines of transmission and drive hub are worn. This is why the tub is slipping and wont spin. Unit needs drive hub and transmission assembly. ; ordrng 1 W10528947 (Drive hub) and 1 W11454734 (Transmission assembly)"

"Customer states that unit isnt draining and is making a grinding noise. Checked for error codes. Found F0E5 off balance. No other codes. Clothes are coming out soaking wet because the unit wont spin. It wont spin because the inner basket has come free from the drive shaft. Agitator will not come off easily and will need broken to remove. Unit needs agitator, transmission, and drive hub. Collected deductible by check. ; rqstng P&A on 1 W11454734 (Transmission) and 1 W11550891 (Agitator) and 1 W10528947 (Drive hub)"

"Customer states that unit isnt moving the lower arm. Worked fine for a few days then quit. Ran diagnostics to check. F9E4 lower spray arm error present. Only error code present. Verified arm isnt moving in test mode. Unit is moving water though. No loose or damaged connections at control or diverter assembly. Diverter assembly has failed again. Would like to replace all parts associated with lower arm under part warranty. Customer states that unit isnt cleaning dishes. Doesnt believe its getting water. No error codes. Voltage to unit is correct. Ran rinse only cycle to test. Pump is moving water but wash arms are not moving. Lower wash arm is hitting the tubes for the upper wash arm. Tube came free from sump. Reinstalled and ran to test. Wash arm is moving freely now. Advised customer to run a dishwasher cleaner to help with scale build up. ; O-emld tckt
