"Customer states that lid wont lock and shows F5 error. Ran diagnostics to check errors. Found F5E2lid lock failure, F5E3 lid wont unlock, F5E1 lid up, and F2E1 stuck button error. Cleared codes and ran diagnostics test. Lid lock would not function in test mode. It is getting voltage from control but will not lock. Replaced lid lock assembly and ran to test. Unit is operating as it should. All OK."

"Inspected the unit and found the power cord And outlet shorted out. Burn marks found on the cord. Removed the back panel found a few loose wire harnesses,made adjustments to the board and harnesses, no damage to the unit or to the elements. advise the customer they need to have an electrician come out and replace the outlet and install a new cord for the oven. Power cord replacement is not covered under warranty. Called landlord and advised."

"Inspected the unit and found it plugged into a GFCI outlet along with the garbage disposal and another extension cord. Ran a test cycle and the unit filled with water, washed, activated the dispenser, and drained without any issues. Once the heater is activated it will trip the gfci outlet. Advised the customer to put the dishwasher on a separate breaker and make sure it is not a GFCI outlet."

Inspected the unit and found a large amount of ice built up at the bottom of the freezer section. Removed drawers and ice from freezer section. Removed freezer door gasket which was full of water. Drained water out of gasket and reinstalled. Noticed gapping between the inner and outer liner on the bottom portion of the freezer. Applied sealant to the liner. Advised the customer to run it threw a 24 hour defrost cycle. All checks ok
