Unit is 4 years old in the kitchen. Customer states that unit wont start and show E15 error. This is a water leak error. This will cause the drain pump to come on(noise) and unit not to start. It wont start or operate until the leak is cleared. Removed unit from under counter. Cleared float switch of water and ran to test. Leak is coming from the wash motor discharge. The wash motor had been replaced within the past year. The hose clamp for the discharge side wasnt tightened fully. Removed and reinstalled pump with proper clamp. Ran to test. No more water leaks and unit functions as it should. All ok.
