"Customer states that unit wont finish a cycle and shows errors. Checked control and found F7E4 basket re-engagement failure and, F6E3 communication errors. Ran unit in high spin but it would not spin up. Inspected motor/transmission and found the slider ring separated from the plastic causing it not to shift properly. This will prevent the unit from spinning properly. Also found damage to the magnetic shifter as well. Replaced shifter and slider. Calibrated control and ran to test. Unit is shifting properly. The basket has several rust spots. No signs of abuse or misuse. Balance ring is still intact.
