Customer also concerned with unit being too hot on low setting. Had unit run on air fluff with no heat and found it good. Also checked the heating element and thermostats. Everything tested good. Had cycle run on high heat and low heat and found outgoing air temps good. Advised customer to use like normal and call back if unit acts up. All checks ok.

"Customer was complaining saying that the unit was not agitating. Tested unit and unit agitated fine but was very quiet. Tested all of the functions even with a load in the unit and everything worked properly. I informed the customer that the agitation on this washer is not very aggressive and is not super loud so she will not always hear it as well as she did her old washing. Customer also had cold water valve that was leaking and cold water was turned off. I told her she needed to get that fixed, because with the cold water off, the unit will not run properly"

"Customers concern is that several clothing items have come out of the cycle with small holes (photos taken) and that larger bulky items like winter coats and jeans are not getting clean (photos taken). Inspected the unit and checked the hot and cold water valves, drain pump, door lock, shift actuator, motor and fill sensor. Ran multiple test cycles and the unit filled with water, agitated, shifted to the spin cycle and drained the water by running through a spin cycle without any issues. found no damage or sharp points in the basket. Advised the customer the issues they are experiencing; the unit not cleaning well enough are more common with the top load washers that have a larger basket while washing larger items versus the front load washer. This is simply due to the nature of the design. Tech has seen similar similar complaints from other brands that have the larger basket. Advised the customer that we will note the issues they are having and submit it in our report and email it to him along with GE. Tech could find no defects with the unit."

"Customer states that the unit was leaking from the right front. This morning during the service call, the water was shut off due to a water main leak. I was unable to run and test for water leaks. Inspected unit and found the door sweep on the right side rolled under, this may potentially cause the water leak. Also found that the unit had a forward tilt to it. Leveled unit and reworked door sweep. Advised customer to run the unit and call in if it still leaks. If the unit still leaks it will need the door sweep."

"Customer states that the unit is making a rattling sound like it has rocks in the drum. It does not do this every time it spins. Basket is spinning freely, and shipping bolts have been removed. Removed the rear panel and found signs of the drive pulley, contacting the panel. It was slightly pushed in. Straightened out back panel,reinstalled, and ran a test.
