Checked unit over found unit would not drain and was throwing an error code for a leak. Disassembled the unit and found that the tub was leaking onto the drain pump and had shorted out the drain pump. Unit needs a new tub assembly and a new drain pump along with a drain hose because the drain hose is smashed. Unit is about 10 years old located in the kitchen; rqstng P&A on 1 WD19X25187 (Drain pump) and 1 WD24X10062 (Drain hose) and 1 ####(notserviceable) (Tub assembly)

Inspected unit and found the unit leaking badly from the case break again. Adjusted the case break and made sure the unit was not leaking from there. Had unit run for about 50 minutes and could not find a leak after I adjusted case break. All checked good

Inspected unit and found the unit off balance. Adjusted leveling leg to make sure unit would not wobble. Checked unit for fault codes as well as running unit through an automatic diagnostic mode. Unit did not have fault codes and completed the cycle properly. Found the suspension a bit loose. Gave customer quote for suspension. Customer declined repair for now.
