Inspected the unit and ran multiple cycles and found error code LE for faulty motor. Found damage to the wash motor and a burnt harness. Motor burn outs are typically from a faulty control. Customer noticed smoke and a burning smell. Provided rough estimate. If the control shorted out the motor there is a high risk of it repeating the issue. Checked control and could not see defects due to wax coating over the control. Recommended to replace the control and motor as the controls are the common fault when it comes to the unit smoking/burning. Flipped the breaker and advised the customer to not use the unit. Customer will notify us if they want to complete the repair.
